Putuwa – ‘puh-TOO-wah’ :‘To warm one’s hand by the fire and then to squeeze gently the fingers of another person’

(Gadigal language)

The practice of yoga (which means ‘yoke’; to bring together) is in one sense a system of unity between the individual consciousness and the divine. It can also be thought of as the connection between breath and movement, body and mind, the inner and the outer experience of living.

One of the most potent systems for bridging and connecting these parts is to understand the body as an energetic system that affects everything we do, say, think, eat, believe, and understand.

Each of the seven chakras represents a major area of human psychological health: (1) survival, (2) sexuality, (3) power, (4) love, (5) communication, (6) intuition, (7) consciousness itself.

Putuwa Partner Retreats provide an opportunity to breathe and feel into our energy body, and investigate where there may be space to create greater joy, trust and alignment in our intimate relationships.

When our life force is not flowing with ease, we are incomplete in our experience of living.

These energy retreats are intended to re-establish the free flow of energy to release holding patterns so we can fully express and receive.

**Co-led by Erin McCabe & Luke McCormack

A retreat consciously designed to expand beyond the individual, and into an exploration of connection and communication in relationship.

PUTUWA (‘puh-TOO-wah’) retreats provide an opportunity to look at how we show up in our most intimate relationships, and where there may be space to create greater joy, trust and alignment.
