Bigs & Littles

Stuck in the house all day with your little one? We know the feeling. Movement is crucial, but sometimes it seems impossible when you’re caring for a mini human. Our solution? Bring ‘em with!

Sessions will begin with grounding yogic breath (Littles permitting) followed by mobility and strength-based Pilates movements. Classes will be inclusive and appropriate for the bodies that arrive on any given day.

NOTE: We made the choice to call this Bigs and Littles rather than Mums and Bubs to keep it inclusive. Maybe Dad or Grandma would like to bring a wee one!

*Class booking is valid for one Big and up to two Littles (all ages welcome!)
