Pilates

Our commitment to conscious movement encompasses the wondrous strength, mobility, balance, and even cardio elements of Pilates. Based on the original repertoire of Joseph Pilates himself, the bendd. Pilates method will encompass tradition as well as modernity.

Our classes are fun and challenging, and our teaching team is experienced and full of energy. We’ll introduce you to muscles you never knew existed! Classes are capped at 9 members to ensure everyone feels seen, safe and attended to.

ZEN

Don’t be fooled by the name — these sessions aren’t easy or boring. They will, however, be catered to individuals starting out or returning to a movement practice.

ZEN classes will focus on the directional movements of the spine, range of motion, stability, and establishing a deeper connection to the physical body

This class is pregnancy friendly and a great option for postpartum mamas (once your GP has given you the green light), as well as anyone returning to the mat after an injury.

 

Radiant Core Pilates

These sessions beautifully increase the reps (and occasionally the tempo) blending classical Pilates with accessible strength-based contemporary movement so you know you’ve worked hard but you leave feeling balanced and ready for the rest of your day.

Radiant Core classes will typically include props such as hand weights or magic circle to encourage additional muscle engagement and awareness.

All levels welcome, just come prepared to feel the burn.
