Private sessions are an incredibly valuable way to set goals, ask questions, and get individual feedback. Duet sessions (with a friend, partner, or family member!) can be a great start to your movement journey. Sessions will run for 60 minutes to give us time to chat about your body (or bodies!) and then to get moving.
