Your body plays a much larger role in your life than something to hang groovy clothes on, or even as a tool for strength and endurance. Your skin and bones are integral to your emotions, your relationships, and your ability to process and manoeuvre through day-to-day decision making.
The mind and body are inseparable, from our endocrine system to our microbiome, and to access our highest level of connectedness and awareness, we need to give ourselves the gift of movement.
