Month of Mindfulness


Ready to feel like the most tuned in, awake version of yourself? Sweet, us too.

Our month of mindfulness challenge is jam packed full of goodness both on and off the mat.

Challenge includes:

  • 3 yoga or Pilates classes per week

  • 3 meditations per week (at least one in studio - Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra all count. The take home journal will be equipped with resources for at home meditation/reflection).

  • mindfulness journal (emailed or printed out for you) with a short daily practice/treat for YOU.

$165 for one month unlimited pass + journal.
